• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Registration may require a valid mobile number for platform communications.

Administrative accounts are reserved for associations or societies managing community activities:

• Setup includes verification of contact information
• Access is secured via One-Time Password (OTP)
• Administrative Entities are responsible for their account's actions
• Residents' data must be obtained lawfully and with appropriate consent

Homefy provides tools for:

• Managing community communication
• Visitor approvals
• Vendor tracking
• Sharing important notices

Homefy acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for operational errors or third-party service providers.

• Homefy reserves the right to suspend accounts for Terms violations
• Suspensions may occur without prior notice for suspicious activities
• Users can deactivate their account by contacting Homefy support

• Personal information is handled per Homefy's Privacy Policy
• Users acknowledge potential security risks in data sharing
• Information may be disclosed if required by law

• Advanced security mechanisms protect digital content
• Users must not attempt to bypass security features
• Unauthorized access attempts may lead to legal action

• Homefy is protected by copyright and trademark laws
• Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is prohibited
• Users cannot reverse-engineer the Platform's source code

• Do not use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Do not upload harmful or infringing content
• Do not disrupt Platform operations

Homefy is provided "as is" without warranties. Users assume full responsibility for Platform use and potential consequences.

• Not liable for downtime or service interruptions
• Not responsible for third-party service failures
• Users indemnify Homefy against misuse claims
